I had so much fun trying on what I thought was the Entire store (would have been about 20 dresses I tried on), Vanessa was amazing, so easy going and made me feel important not an inconveniance or like I was on a sale production line. Paitent, honest, professional and a non pushy sales approach. Not only did I find THE PERFRCT dress, with the vow renewal in 8 weeks she moved heaven and earth to get me the dress in time.

I honestly can not recommend high enough!!

Oh my goodness Vanessa is absolutely amazing. She made my sister feel amazing from the time she walked through the door. Vanessa listened to what she wanted but she knew that by pushing her outside her comfort zone that my sister would find a dress that she never dreamed would make her feel like a beautiful woman. You can also tell she cares about her customer as a friend/family and not just a sale. I can’t thank you enough for really taking the time to take care of my sister especially as my mum (due to Covid) could not physically be there????

The range of dresses at Foreverness was huge that I don’t think anyone could leave without saying yes to the dress!! The staff from walking through the door were all incredibly friendly and were right there to offer you a drink or a bite to eat. Alice the lady who helped me find the perfect one was so helpful and caring. The store manager Vanessa was so pleasant and was there to congratulate me when I said YES! The store was welcoming, spacious and relaxing- change rooms at opposite ends of the store is a great idea. I can not wait to wear my wedding dress from the most helpful team and beautiful store!
